With over 16 years in the beauty industry, Sarah-Jayne founded Guise & Dolls with a dedication to innovation and excellence. The addition of Alba, a highly skilled medical practitioner, transformed the clinic into a leading Medispa offering advanced treatments. In 2026 they decided on a rebrand and fresh new look and Élan Clinic was born.

As the only provider in Guiseley specialising in cutting-edge regenerative treatments, we’re committed to celebrating all of you through wellness, self-care, and tailored aesthetic solutions.

Meet the FOUNDERS

  • Alba brings over a decade of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in the NHS, complemented by a surgical background. As a Level 7 qualified aesthetic practitioner and independent prescriber, Alba blends medical precision with a client-centred approach. She specialises in advanced anti-ageing treatments, including dermal fillers, laser therapies, and regenerative solutions for concerns like rosacea, acne, and thread veins.

  • With a wealth of experience in the beauty industry and as a fully trained aesthetic practitioner, Sarah-Jayne combines her expertise with the latest techniques to deliver advanced skincare, rejuvenation treatments, and bespoke aesthetic solutions. Her commitment to client care ensures that every treatment is tailored to achieve natural, beautiful results.
